The Roman numerals XIX stands for 19, which is the day his birthday falls on in November but more influential to his music, the age Ro James had his heart broken. Like most of us, we find an outlet to release our emotions and his was through music. Indy's Point : Ever listen to new music and then automatically become hooked? That's how it was when I first listened to Ro James. His voice was air for me. With his grungy sound and macho attitude, through his music you felt everything he felt. Nowadays, R&B singers are too "gangsta" afraid to feel, so Ro's music came as a surprise. I've seen him perform twice and each time he engaged the audience and made us apart of his experience. Till this day I can't seem to pick a favorite song that he's made because all of them I can play over and over again. I haven't came across a singer who was just REAL in his music and in person. I don't doubt that he'll be a breakout star. Stay tuned.
